Ordering a Range: What Dealers and Distributors Specify — Plusmark Display System

Dealers and distributors order differently from an institution. An institution buys for rooms; a dealer buys for a market, which means a spread across series, surfaces and sizes rather than a bulk quantity of one item.

Plusmark lists Dealer & Distributors among the industries served — a complete manufacturing range of white, chalk, notice, ceramic and magnetic boards, school benches and all types of board stands, supplied Pan India.

The range, as the catalog lists it

These are the product groups a dealer is choosing across. Each one carries its own series and size spread.

  • White Boards — non-magnetic (High Gloss Marker Grade HPL Sheet and melamine), magnetic (resin coated steel) and ceramic (porcelain enamel steel)
  • Chalk Boards — non-magnetic (Hardcore Chalk Grade HPL Sheet), magnetic (resin coated green steel) and ceramic (porcelain enamel green steel)
  • Double-Sided Boards — marker on one side, chalk on the other, in premium aluminium anodised frames
  • Notice Boards — Blazer Cloth, Velvet Cloth, Cork, Fabric and Combination surfaces
  • Acrylic Door Cover Notice Boards — Deluxe 45 mm single and double door, and ECO single door
  • Specialty Display Boards — Acrylic Folder Display Boards with folder size and quantity to requirement
  • Display Boards — grooved boards in nine landscape and portrait sizes, black perforated boards, letters and figures sets
  • Board & Study Essentials — practice boards, key hanger boards, homework tables
  • Board Stands & Storage — three leg, four leg, revolving, zig zag and telescopic stands, newspaper and magazine stands, file racks, first aid boxes, letter boxes
  • Clipboards — MDF bases (Pre-Lam, Graphic, Laminate) and acrylic bases (Crystal Clear, Heavy-Duty Clear, Crystal Colour)
  • School Benches — fifteen models, PDS-SB 801 to PDS-SB 815
  • Schedule Boards — dry wipe, any design and any size to your sketch

The four series, which is where the spread comes from

Most board products run across four construction series, and a dealer order usually takes a position in each rather than stocking one.

SeriesCornersPosition
Metallic PremiumSignature Dual-Tone CornersHeavy-duty framing; high-end offices, educational institutions, professional environments
Eco PremiumABS Dual-Tone Corner DesignAdded strength and refined appearance; schools, institutes, corporate environments
Deluxe StandardElectroplated Chrome CornersDependable for regular use; standard offices, classrooms, coaching centres
Eco RegularStandard plastic cornersLightweight and economical; home offices, tuition classes, small classrooms

Sizes to plan a stocking position around

Standard white board sizes run from 1 × 1 ft up to 3 × 4 ft depending on series — Metallic Premium is listed in 2 × 3 ft, 2 × 4 ft and 3 × 4 ft, while Eco Premium runs the full spread from 1 × 1 ft through 1.5 × 2 ft and 2 × 2 ft to 3 × 4 ft. Acrylic door cover boards run larger, up to 8 × 4 ft on the double door model.

Custom sizes are made to requirement, so a dealer's stock position covers the standard spread and passes custom requests through to manufacturing.

What to put in the enquiry

A range order reads better as a table than a paragraph. For each line: product group, series, surface type, size, quantity. Then add the items that need a specification attached — folder size and quantity for acrylic folder display boards, fabric colour and layout for fabric notice boards, line marking for practice boards, and a sketch in CorelDRAW, Photoshop or Word for schedule boards.

Stand and bench models are listed by name in the catalog, so those lines need the intended board size or the model number quoted rather than a specification you have to guess at.

Supply and terms

Plusmark operates across India and supplies products nationwide, and is a GEM Portal approved brand authorised for school and government supplies — which matters to dealers who sell into institutional and government channels.

Warranty covers everything Plusmark manufactures, and a dealer resells it on the terms the authorised distributor or marketing executive confirms. Rates, lead times and minimum order quantities are not published on the site; they are settled against the specific requirement through the same channel.
